PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable toilet seat device not only mitigating pains at the time of sitting especially for an aged person with thin hips or the like but also improving user feelings without damaging integration as the toilet seat device. SOLUTION: By constituting a second toilet seat 6 of hardness lower than that of a first toilet seat 5 above the first toilet seat 5, the first toilet seat 5 or the second toilet seat 6 is easily selected and a desired toilet seat is used. Not only a soft sitting feeling can be obtained but also the user feeling and comfortableness at the time of sitting are improved without damaging integration and a design property as the toilet seat device.
