PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turner securing excellent operability even in the case of being used in cookware such as a pot or a frying pan with a high peripheral wall part. SOLUTION: The turner is provided with a scoop part 2, a vertical wall part 3 extended upwards from the rear edge of the scoop part 2 and a handle part 4 extended rearwards from the upper end part of the vertical wall part 3, and is integrally molded with a synthetic resin material.
