<p>A brake for each trolley (17) selectively brakes the trolley to the frame to prevent its movement along the frame. Each trolley is provided with two clutches that selectively and individually connects the trolley to belt run (69,71). A clamp on each trolley selectively holds the workpiece on the trolley.
