PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shorts suitable for fitting an absorbing article in which a strip-shaped cloth is sewed in a crotch part and, when a sanitary napkin with wings is fitted in the inside of the cloth, the wings are not needed to be interfolded and inserted between the cloth and the inner face of the shorts. SOLUTION: Upraised parts 18a and 18b formed to fold a cloth 19 are disposed in the both inner sides of a crotch 4 of a shorts 1. A sanitary napkin 21 is firmly fixed in the inner face of a water-proof cloth 14 of the crotch 4 by an adhesive layer 26 of the napkin's back side. Wing parts 25a, 25b are inserted to a pocket part between outside wall faces 18a6, 18b6 of upraised parts 18a, 18b and the water-proof cloth 14 and are firmly fixed in the inside of the outside wall faces 18a6, 18b6 and the water-proof cloth 14. The wing parts 25a, 25b are difficult to be turned up and side slipping out-proof is efficacious because the both side parts of the napkin 21 are uplifted.
