PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To work smoothly a transporting operation and comfortably transport a person to be transported. SOLUTION: A pair of hollow belt insert parts 3.3 which continue in the longitudinal direction is disposed integrally in the both sides of a mattress 2. An end of a front part shoulder belt 4 which is inserted freely in the belt insert part 3 is fixed in the back end of the belt insert part 3. The both ends of a back part shoulder belt 5 is discrete with the front part shoulder belt 4 and is fixed in the back end of the belt insert part 3.
