PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling correction of forward and backward curvature state of the spine's lumbosacral region to a given state up to nearly straight by placing a wedge-shaped mat at the back. SOLUTION: Three kinds of wedge-shaped mats: short-size one of the length wrapping a hip, middle-size one of the length to a knee and long-size one the length until it covers the top of one's head are of whose cross-sections form each as wedge and their widths equal almost to a body width are used, and when the tip of the wedge shape is applied to the lumbosacral region, correction of forward and backward curvature state of the spine's lumbosacral region to a given state up to nearly straight is allowed by use one mat or a combination of two or more sorts of three mats according to an individual difference or body type difference of the backward and forward curvature state of the spine's lumbosacral section, by applying an adjustable triangular pillow A to the rear of the lower limb to let lower limb bend and reduce the tension of the iliopsoas muscle or by using the pillow with the above there mats.
