PURPOSE: Provided are multiplex PCR primers for simultaneously detecting non-pathogenic E.Coli, EHEC, ETEC E.Coli causing enteritis and O-157:H7, a kit containing the same and a method for performing multiplex PCR using the same, thereby accurately and rapidly determining contamination. CONSTITUTION: In the multiplex PCR primers for simultaneously detecting non-pathogenic E.Coli, EHEC, ETEC E.Coli causing enteritis and O-157:H7 as an index of water contamination, the primers detect various kinds of genes including uidR, rfb0-157, hlyA, lacZ, stx1, stx2 and eaeA simultaneously and are represented by the sequences of SEQ IN Nos:1-14.
