PURPOSE: A device for reinforcing a vehicle body and absorbing shock is provided to improve the safety of passengers by dispersing shock and considerably increasing the intensity of the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A device for reinforcing a vehicle body and absorbing shock is composed of a shock-absorbing member and a frame member. The shock-absorbing member has an air chamber inside and a discharging hole discharging air in the air chamber in an outer shock. In additional, the shock-absorbing member is made from rubber or ductile PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) and is fixed to at least one of the front and rear of a vehicle, a steering wheel, an instrument panel cover, and seats. The frame member formed with PVC mold solidified by laminating glass fiber fabric cloth in a predetermined layer forms a basic frame of the vehicle body.
