PURPOSE: An external encryption conversion device of a magnet dot card key is provided, which can increase a security without making an additional installation hole and can enable a user to convert a password at will. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a locking device comprising a card key(1) magnetized in advance and a magnet pin(3) operated by a magnetic force in several magnet-installed holes(4'). The magnet pin is put over a magnet hole plate(2) and a magnet pass hole(2'), and the magnet hole plate is placed by being connected by a screw by a magnet cover(8) through a spring(10). A program board(5) having a magnetized encryption corresponding to the card key is in the magnet-installed body(4). The program board is inserted to a rectangular hole of the magnet-installed body by being placed by a board-installed body(6). A hook of a hooking chin(7) is hooked to a board-installed body chin(6') on both sides of the board-installed body. The hooking chin can be rotated by an axis, and can hold or release the board-installed body as being rotated by the operation of the magnet hole plate.
