PURPOSE: Provided are a non-crosslinked pellet type polypropylene foam with a low melting point, which is useful in molding and regenerating, and a preparation and an apparatus thereof. CONSTITUTION: The non-crosslinked pellet type polypropylene foam has a melting point of 125-140deg.C and more than 80% of closed cells. And the non-crosslinked pellet type polypropylene foam is produced by a process comprising the steps of: extruding non-crosslinked propylene random copolymer with a melting point of 138-140deg.C in a tandem extruder comprising a first extruder(100), a second extruder(200), and a guide(150) connecting the first extruder(100) to the second extruder(200); moving the extruded material by pumping at 125-140deg.C; homogenizing the extruded material at 120-130deg.C; expanding the homogenized material through a dice(500); and cutting the expanded material to obtain the pellet type foam.
