PURPOSE: Provided is a microorganism Trichoderma harzianum GBF-0208 useful for inhibition of breed and growth of fungal pathogenic bacteria. The microorganism shows high growth inhibition activity to Brown patch, Large patch, Pythium blight, Southern blight, Black rot and Rhizoctonia root rot. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Trichoderma harzianum GBF-0208 useful for inhibition of breed and growth of Brown patch, Large patch, Pythium blight, Southern blight, Black rot and Rhizoctonia root rot is isolated from the soil by collecting soils from various regions; suspending the collected soil samples into a sterilized saline solution; inoculating the suspended samples into a minimal agar medium containing 7g of dipotassium phosphate, 2g of monopotassium phosphate, 0.5g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of magnesium sulfate, 1g of ammonium sulfate, 5g of glucose and 15g of agar in 1 liter of distilled water; culturing the medium and isolating colonies; inoculating the colonies into 12 plant fungal pathogenic bacteria by using a dual plating method; and selecting a microorganism showing the highest growth inhibition activity.
