PURPOSE: A molded article and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an accuracy of molding by eliminating work errors caused by the manufacture of a mold. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a molded article comprises the steps of manufacturing a mold corresponding to a model to be molded; manufacturing a first molded article corresponding to the mold by forming and coupling inner and outer molds, and injecting a molding material; and finishing the first molded article in detail by cutting a certain portion of the first molded article and then attaching certain molding materials to the outer surface of the first molded article on the basis of the model.
