PURPOSE: A crime preventing apparatus using a disposable camera is provided to effectively observing and warning the generation of a crime by warning the invasion of the invader with a speaker and informing it through a saved telephone number after filming the invader with the camera, and to reduce installation and maintenance costs thereof. CONSTITUTION: The crime preventing apparatus comprises: a memory(180) saving a warning voice and a connecting telephone number and the like; a human body detecting sensor(110) using infrared rays; a timer(120) for setting an operating time zone of the human body detecting sensor; a disposable camera(130) for filming still images of a certain region according to the operation of a solenoid coil when an invader is detected; a voice generating device(150); a telephone transmission device(160); and a controller(170).
