The invention refers to antimicrobial preparations for implants, used in medicine and veterinary medicine for treatment of local microbial infections of the soft and solid tissues. The claimed antimicrobial preparation is a mixture consisting of at least one amphiphilic component, represented by sulphates, sulphamates or sulphonates, as well as of at least one antimicrobial component from the group of aminoglycosides, lincosamides, 4-quinolones or tetracyclines and, possibly, of at least one auxiliary anhydrous organic and/or inorganic component and of one biologically active component.The claimed preparation possesses a retarded release action of the biologically active component.Claims: 16
