PURPOSE: A scale remover for outside of pipe of heat exchanger is provided to uniformly and rapidly remove scale deposited on the outside of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A scale remove comprises a horizontal frame(7); a mount installed on both sides of the horizontal frame for a pipe to be cleaned so as to be mounted thereon; a vertical frame(8) shaped in square form and installed on one side of the horizontal frame; a horizontal bar(9) installed to move up and down guided by the vertical frame; a first driving device moving up and down the horizontal bar; a slider(23) horizontally moving on a guide rail installed on one side of the horizontal bar; a second driving device driving the slider; and a jet pipe(30) installed to the slider and having a plurality of nozzles jetting high pressure water supplied from a jet cleaner.
