PURPOSE: Provided is a culturing method of sea squirts which is cultured at the lower layer of sea water to prevent sea-floor plants from being bound with a farm yarn so that it contributes to reduce management cost. CONSTITUTION: In a dual pipe(10) for culturing the sea squirts wherein the farm yarn(12) is wound at the external circumference side of the dual pipe with 10-50cm in diameter and 4-5m in length, the culturing method of the sea squirts comprises the steps of: (i) growing spawn of the sea squirts for 8-15 months in sea water; and (ii) winding the farm yarn around the external circumference of the dual pipe to grow at the lower layer of the sea water for about 18-30 months and culture.
