PURPOSE: A lighting lamp controller using a complex sensor is provided to maintain a lighting state of the lighting lamp by sensing accurately the presence of man even if the man is not moved during a predetermined period. CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor circuit(1) is formed with an IC(IC7A) including resistors(R33,R26) and capacitor(C13,C14,C16) and an amplification IC(IC7B) including resistor(R28) and a capacitor(C18). An optical sensor circuit(3) is formed with an IC(IC4A), resistors(R5,R6), an amplification IC circuit having a plurality of ICs(IC4C,IC4B,IC5B,IC5C,IC4D), a plurality of memories(IC(IC2)), a plurality of oscillation circuit(R19,R20), and an IC(IC4D). The power supply circuit(4) is formed with a triac(TR1) having a plurality of resistors(R7,R8,R9,R13,R14), a transistor(T1) connected to resistors(R15,R16), and a transistor(T2). An ultrasonic wave sensor circuit(2) is formed with an amplification IC(IC1) having resistors(R1,R2,R3,R4) and capacitors(C1,C2,C3), a memory IC(IC2), and an oscillator circuit having a resistor and capacitors(C5,C6). An output terminal of the infrared sensor circuit(1) is combined with an input terminal of the amplification IC(IC1) of the ultrasonic wave sensor circuit(2) by the resistor(R1). An output signal of a complex sensor is programmed by the memory IC(IC2). An operation of the triac(TR1) of the power supply circuit(4) is controlled by the output signal of the complex sensor. A lighting lamp is turned on or off by the operation of the triac(TR1) of the power supply circuit(4).
