UNBALANCE CONTROLLER OF FEED BELT IN SOFT COAL FEEDER

PURPOSE: An unbalance controller of a feed belt in a soft coal feeder is provided to prevent the stoppage of a soft coal crusher or the occurrence of a fire in a soft coal feeder by automatically controlling the balancing of a feed belt and to improve productivity by increasing facility working ratio. CONSTITUTION: Plural detecting rollers(40) placed near both lateral ends of a feed belt(30) detect the unbalance of the feed belt. A force transmitting unit rotatably supports the detecting rollers and transmits the force applied when the detecting rollers contact with the feed belt. A pair of position adjusting members respectively connected with both ends of a pulley(30-1) installed at one end of the feed belt adjust the position of the pulley corresponding to the level of the force transmitted through the force transmitting unit. By automatically controlling the balancing work with response to the uneven loading of soft coal on the feed belt, the stoppage of a coal crusher is avoided.
