PURPOSE: A device for adjusting initial position of piston of reciprocating compressor is provided to adjust position of the piston to designed position. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a reciprocating motor(20) generating linear reciprocating driving force; a piston(70) receiving driving force of the reciprocating motor to linearly reciprocate in a cylinder(60); resonant springs(92,93) elastically supporting linear reciprocation of a mover(A) of the reciprocating motor and the piston; and a position adjusting member(100) formed by annular plate material and installed to a spring support(91) to adjust initial position of the piston.
