PURPOSE: Provided is a nerve anastomosis system which reduces the entire size of the system in a folded state and utilizes for anastomosis without cutting many parts so that it helps patients to relieve of their own fatigues. CONSTITUTION: The nerve anastomosis system(100) is characterized by comprising the parts of: an extended main body(200) which is easily extended when tensile force is given with a circular form at section and a hollow form inside; a connection edge(300) which is placed at both edges of the extended main body to surround and connect the cut nerve; and a binding part which is placed at the folded part of the connection member to bind the open upper edge of the connection member.
