PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing saw blades through a grinding process is provided to fabricate saw blades having superior quality by using a specially fabricated diamond grindstone. CONSTITUTION: A grinding process is carried out by using a specially fabricated diamond grindstone so as to separate chips from a grindstone. At this time, the specially fabricated diamond grindstone rotates at a high speed about 5000 RPM. In addition, cutting oil is supplied by means of a motor having 1 horse power. The grinding process is performed in a one touch start manner. In order to prevent burrs after the grinding process has been finished, saw blade material is securely fixed in a clamping device. The saw blade has a superior abrasion-proof characteristic and long life span.
