PURPOSE: A method for supporting personalized reading on the Internet is provided to manage an individual reading history systematically and to receive the reference data of the reading continuously by connecting to an account on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: If a user connects to the account of the user, a CGI(Common Gateway Interface) processor extracts a book list requesting the reading support by searching a user table or a record of a user database and expresses the book list as a web document(422). When the user requests the information of a book on the web page, the CGI processor extracts the reference data related to the book by searching a data database, a book database and a question/answer database, generates the reference data as a reading support web page for each book, and transmits the requested data to the user(445). After extracting a question needed to write a user record form document by searching a book table or the record of the book database, the CGI processor generates the user record form document(454). The CGI processor stores the contents inputted to the user record form document in the user database(464). |
