PURPOSE: A removable keyboard device and a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) having the same are provided to offer a keyboard integrally attached to the PAD and to connect with the PAD without a cable. CONSTITUTION: The keyboard includes the first connector connecting to an external device, a housing, a plurality of buttons exposing to the outside of the keyboard, and a circuit device generating the key information. The housing is fixed as one body by selectively joining with a case of the PDA. The circuit has the second connector exposing to the outside and connects with the first connector. The circuit device includes a central control circuit(32) having a processor, a memory(34), a decoder(36) and a matrix keyboard(38) connecting to the central processing circuit, and a communication port(40) communicating the data with the outside by connecting to the central processing circuit.
