PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating plasma is provided to maintain stably a plasma arc of high temperature in the outside of a plasma torch, increase a size and an area of the plasma torch without increasing or reducing an output, and control a shape of the plasma torch by improving a structure of a plasma generator. CONSTITUTION: A V-shaped plasma arc torch is formed with the first plasma torch(A) and the second plasma torch(B). The first plasma torch(A) and the second plasma torch(B) have the same shape. An angle of 30 to 180 degrees is formed between the first plasma torch(A) and the second plasma torch(B). A cooling channel(6) is used for fixing a nozzle electrode(4) and cooling the nozzle electrode(4). The cooling channel(6) is formed in the fixing body(C).
