PURPOSE: An integrated guide valve structure of a shock absorber is provided to cut down the cost and to improve the productivity through simplification of the assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve(20) of a shock absorber is equipped with a disk guide for supporting a rebound retainer(40) and a multi disk(30) on the outer peripheral surface, and a retainer guide for guiding the movement to the inner side. In an integrated guide valve structure of a shock absorber, the retainer guide and the disk guide are formed in one body and an integrated guide(60) having plural bypass holes(62) on the outer peripheral surface. Protrusions(32,42) are formed on outer diameters of the multi disk and the rebound retainer to secure a passage of the integrated guide. The cost is cut down and productivity is improved, through the integrated structure.
