PURPOSE: A tray containing food is rotated and a vibration device is used to improve distributing effect of an electromagnetic wave to cook food more evenly. CONSTITUTION: A motor(160) is installed in lower part of a cooking chamber(100). A tray(140) is installed in the bottom of the cooking chamber, and is rotated by a coupler(162) fixed in the shaft of the motor. A vibration device(190) vibrates air by a current. A bracket(180) is fixed in side plate of the cooking chamber to fix the vibration device. A connecting hole(112) is formed on the side plate to insert an insert protrusion(182).
