PURPOSE: A water saving flush toilet is provided to reduce the quantity of washing water by excrement with washing water and air pressure and to prevent a bad smell. CONSTITUTION: The water saving flush toilet(100) comprises: a toilet bowl(110) partitioned into a storage tank(112) and a non-storage tank(114) by a shield(132); an interception plate(118) for covering the storage tank(112) selectively; a butterfly valve installed to the front opening of a drainage-way(138) connected to the storage tank(112); an air supply pipe(144) installed on the opposite part to the front opening of the drainage-way(138); an injection nozzle(142) where a washing water supply pipe(146) is diverged; and a control unit for controlling the driving motor(130), the butterfly valve and a directional control valve(148) by a switch installed to one side of an air tank(102) or a toilet bowl(110) selectively.
