PURPOSE: A system of servicing a terminal loss report is provided to receive a terminal loss report, and to transmit information on reporting a found terminal, then to inform a terminal owner that a founder has the terminal when the founder reports the terminal, thereby easily finding a lost terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication network(20) is composed of a mobile terminal(10) and an agent(29). The agent(29) provides an LBS(Location Based Service) for the mobile terminal(20). A tracking server(30) performs a service of collecting a lost terminal in connection with the agent(29) of the mobile communication network(20). A customer center(40) receives a loss report of the mobile terminal(10) from a customer through a network(60), and transmits the loss report to the tracking server(30). A result information provider(50) supplies an interface with which the customer has access to present information on the lost mobile terminal(10) updated in the tracking server(30). |
