PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing outdoor facilities from being robbed by using a mobile telecommunication terminal is provided to effectively prevent crimes in back land having no phone lines. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing outdoor facilities from being robbed comprises: a plurality of sensors(1) for detecting an invader without permission; a control part(3) for outputting signals controlling the operation of a mobile telecommunication terminal; a dial sending part(12) for outputting dial signals to the terminal according to the output signals of the control part; a voice composition part(4) for converting saved voice message information into a certain voice; a message sending part(11) for sending a voice signal to a cellular phone; an ear-microphone jack for transmitting a corresponding signal to the terminal according to the output signals of the dial sending part and the message sending part; an LED(light emission diode) action detecting part(13); a signal conversion part(9) for providing a voice message to the invader according to the control signals of the control part; an alarm sound generating device; and a sound output device.
