PURPOSE: A method and apparatus is provided to prevent damage or loss of geodetic reference and manage geodetic reference with low cost through the use of inexpensive electronic signal. CONSTITUTION: A facility management method, comprises a first step of recognizing coordinates of an electronic signal in accordance with preset reference coordinates; a second step of checking state of the facility by using one or more sensors, in accordance with the coordinates of the electronic signal; and a third step of transmitting the result of checking to a remote detection system through a communication network and transmitting/receiving devices. An electronic signal(301) includes a solar battery cell(401), a power unit(403), an RF transmitter/receiver module(405), a sensor unit(407), a data processing unit(409) and an antenna unit(411). |
