PURPOSE: A bag with a digital sensor for detecting a pollutant such as a poisonous substance is provided to detect a pollutant in a food by an IC circuit or a computer chip and to show its result by the means of characters, numbers, lights, colors, voices, alarms and the like, thereby preventing the food terror. CONSTITUTION: A bag is installed with a pollutant sensor(2) of a measuring appliance(2') for measuring and detecting a pollutant including a poisonous substance, bacteria, and other contaminants at a certain portion of a food receiving space. On the outer surface of the bag, a liquid crystal display panel(3) for displaying a measured value of the pollutant, a battery box(4), an IC circuit(5) containing an artificial intelligence computer chip and a processor, and a locking mechanism(6) are installed.
