PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and program for customer management by which it is proper and easy to generate and manage customer information on a specific customer to be provided with specific guide information. SOLUTION: Browsing history information on a Web page which is transmitted from a server 11 in response to the browsing request of the prescribed Web page from a client 13 is stored in a browsing information storage means 19 on the side of the server 11. Individual information on the user of the client 13 transmitted from each client 13 is stored in an individual information storage means 20. Then, based on registration information contents in the storage means 19 and 20, a CPU 14 generates the customer information of the specific customer to be an invited customer and registers it in an event information storage means 21. After this, based on the registered content in this means 21, the CPU 14 controls driving of this means 21 and issues an invitation card 23. |
