PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a system which grasps the trends of the orientation fields of customers, manages information on the customer orientation and effectively uses the managed information. SOLUTION: The information on the customer orientation is managed by using three axes which are; a field axis on which an orientation field management table wherein the object fields of customer orientation are listed, and the orientation intensity points for the object fields of the orientation are arranged as elements; a customer axis where customers or customer groups are arranged as element; and a time axis. The obtained information is stored in a customer orientation information storage means which performs management in there dimensions. Further, environment wherein a managed orientation information-use system can accurately and easily obtain information changing with the time, i.e., customer's orientation transition and trends of the markets, is provided. |
