PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the activation of a transaction market by enabling many users to use an escrow settlement. SOLUTION: An escrow settlement supporting server monitors whether money has been received from a person burdened with payment and whether information on a loan contract award is given. When confirming that the money has been received from the person burdened with payment and the information on the loan contract award is received, the server input an amount equivalent to a loan object fund to its own designated account and performs escrow settlement performance processing after this. Namely, when receiving the information on the loan contract award, the server pays the loan object fund for a buying user and it is considered that the loan object fund is inputted from a buying user. Thus, a state where the escrow settlement processing can be continued is formed. Thus, the loan object fund from a loan provider is utilized at an early stage and the escrow settlement procedure can be continued. |
