PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method capable of accurately providing actually requested information from the viewpoint of a user at an information providing site. SOLUTION: This system for providing information about a particular theme at the web site has a means for receiving consultation information about the particular theme transmitted from one user terminal device, a means for requesting reply information corresponding to the consultation information and also acquiring the reply information, a means for storing the consultation information and the acquired reply information corresponding to the consultation information while associating the consultation information with the reply information, and a means for displaying the stored consultation information and the reply information corresponding to the consultation information on a web page in response to a request from another user terminal device. |
