PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform shopping by using a portable terminal device and also to enable merchandise batch settlement and batch receiving after finishing shopping. SOLUTION: A sponsor server 7 has a shopping mall web site and a store web site corresponding to each store, is connected to a communication network and is accessed by a portable telephone set 1 carried by a customer 20, and a terminal machine 10 in a registration center of a registration center 14 and a terminal machine 11 in a reception center of a reception center 15 are connected to the sponsor sever 7. The reception center 15 temporarily takes merchandise purchased by the customer 20 in charge and also makes merchandise settlement with the terminal 11 in the reception center. The terminal machine 10 in the registration center issues a password for a registration when the customer 20 registers his/her name and address in the registration center 14. The customer 20 uses the password, accesses the sponsor server 7 from the portable telephone set 1 and purchases merchandise. |
