PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for member arrangement service which receive sales management data and member attendance data from a headquarters store management system, predict sales and necessary members of respective stores in near future according to the data, and transmit member arrangement support data to a WEB terminal of EM. SOLUTION: This system comprises the WEB terminal that EM uses, a store POS system S having a plurality of POS terminals 10, an attendance terminal 9A and a store server 9, a headquarters store management system C having a communication control server 8, a sales management server 6, and a member management server 7, a public communication line 4A, a member managing device 1 which is installed in an ASP center A and has a local communication line 4, a WEB server 2, a communication control means 11, a member managing means 13, a sales predicting means 12, a member scheduling means 14 for generating a plan for the arrangement of members according to the sales prediction, and a member arrangement commanding means 15, and a database device 3. |
