PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic personal history system for compiling the optimum electronic personal history form corresponding to the purpose and usage, etc., of a user and providing direction and intension deciding process information of the user to the side of a job offer. SOLUTION: An information terminal unit selects the items of an employment state, a category of business, a job kind and a personal history in accordance with a personal history constitution menu screen 42 which is transmitted from a server. The server decides the item configuration of an electronic form in the electronic personal history. The information terminal unit 7 responds to a question concerning each item selected in the personal history configuration menu screen 42 and transmits it. The server holds request data, a point and a keyword, etc., in personal history constituting information 21 at each item and records log information 22 such as an entry start time, an entry end time, item selection priority order and time required for entry. The server permits the job offer to retrieve the adjusted electronic form of the electronic personal history. |
