PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange mediating system by which picture information of an image to be mediated for mediation or services is transmitted from a mobile phone and registered so as to collect a large number of mediation objects and also application is enabled from the mobile phone to a mediation server so as to collect a large number of applicants. SOLUTION: A client transmits information concerning the mediation object to the mediation server 8 by the mobile phone 5 with a camera which is capable of performing retrieval on the Internet and stores it in a database. When a part including the picture of information concerning the mediation object is publicly opened in the Internet, the applicant who reads the opened information applies for it through the mobile phone. Then applicant information and information for designating the desired mediation object are stored in the mediation server 8 and the mediation object is mediated to the applicant. |
