PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination panel by which equal brightness is obtained over the effective display area. SOLUTION: According to a back light 14, a LED 4 is disposed at an end face of a light guide plate 3, a diffusion board 7 is formed in a light-emitting- surface side of the light guide plate 3, and further a lens sheet 8 is arranged. A reflector 9 is formed to face the light emitting surface of the light guide plate 3. And, light absorption dots are arranged on the reflector 9 of the light guide plate 3 or light shading dots are arranged on the diffusion board 7. The area of the dots 17 are made smaller gradually as they become far from near the LED 4. Thereby, the light absorption rate or the light shading rate per unit area becomes smaller, then it has a so-called gradation form. |
