PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of a light emitting panel which has a simple matrix structure and is driven with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The following scanning light emitting driving is executed, i.e., in each of a plurality of subfields which constitute a one field display period in video signals, each of light emitting elements of the light emitting panel is continuously light emitted over the period corresponding to subfields equivalent to one horizontal scanning line in accordance with the video signals that bear the displaying for one horizontal scanning line. |
