SOLUTION: The node device comprises a flow identification section 101 for determining a queue for storing a packet arrived, a plurality of flow number estimating section 103 for estimating the number of flows to be accommodated in each queue, a plurality of queues 104 paired with the flow number estimating sections 103, queue information managing section 102 for holding the information necessary for scheduling allocation band, queue length or the like, and scheduler 105 for controlling the packet output from each queue, based on the information held in the queue information managing section 102.</p> |
