PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a service by enabling operation of a WWW server, without having to acquire fixed global IP addresses. SOLUTION: After starting WWW server software, an HTML file, where a global IP address assigned from a provider is embedded as an automatic jump designation, is written in an in-provider programmable disk area, so that when this HTML file is displayed by other computers, automatic jump to the WWW server can be made.
