PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably record on a hologram recording medium by exposure without adding vibration. SOLUTION: The manufacturing zone 13 of a holographic stereogram includes as the incident optical system, a laser light source 21 which is a semiconductor excited YAG laser device emitting laser light of high coherency at 532 nm wavelength and 400 mW output power, a shutter mechanism 22 disposed on the optical axis of the laser light L1 from the laser light source 21 to pass the laser light L1 to the succeeding stage or to block the light, and a half mirror 23 to split the laser light L1 into object light L2 and reference light L3. The shutter mechanism 22 is equipped with a mechanical shutter 40 which mechanically opens or closes to pass or block the laser light L1, a driving voltage supply part 41 to supply pulsed high frequency voltage, an acoustooptic modulator 42 which modulates the intensity of the first-order diffracted light and zero-order light by using the acoustooptic effect, and a shielding part 43 to block the first-order diffracted light not used for exposure recording.
