PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-level system simplifying the transfer of information between respective layers and reducing the burdens of a designer or the like. SOLUTION: An object expressing a certain object becomes a layer N object 4 in the layer N and becomes a layer M object 14 in the layer M. A common part 31 is an attribute and a method that one object has in common in the respective layers. A layer N intrinsic part 6 is data and the method realizing the function in the layer N of the object by being added to the common part 31. A layer M intrinsic part 16 is the data and the method realizing the function in the layer M of the object by being added to the common part 31. In the case of transferring the object from the layer N to the layer M, the layer N intrinsic part 6 is detached from the layer N object 4 and the common part 31 is transferred as the object for the transfer. Then, the layer M intrinsic part 16 is added to the common part 31 in the layer M. It is similar in the case of transferring the object from the layer M to the layer N as well.
