PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal with an energy-saving function where an auxiliary phone does not ring for the number of setting times or more when a low power mode is restored to an ordinary power mode. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is structured to comprise a connection control means (main control section 1) that disconnects the auxiliary telephone TEL from a telephone line L when the number of ringing times reaches a setting value during restoration processing from the low power mode to the ordinary power mode.
