PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output signal that is amplified by a transistor from being distorted due to AGC operation. SOLUTION: A transistor 12 for AGC, where an AGC signal is applied to a transistor 10 for amplification added with an input signal, is connected in cascode manner, a transistor 17 is connected to the transistor 12 for AGC so as to be constituted in differential manner, the ON-level of the differential transistor 17 is controlled so as to be inversely proportional to the change in the ON-level of the transistor 12 for AGC by applying the AGC signal, and the output signal from the transistor 10 for amplification is partially grounded via a capacitor 20 via the differential transistor 17 for attenuation.
