PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain output which is small in the amount of conversion loss and sufficient. SOLUTION: One end of a first transmission line 22 is connected to one end of a pair 21 of antiparallel diodes, and a tip opening stub 24 is connected to the other 32 of the first transmission line 22. In addition, one end of a second transmission line 23 is connected to the other of the pair 21 of antiparallel diodes, and the tip short-circuiting stub 25 is connected to the other 33 of the second transmission line 23. In this manner, the transmission lines 22 and 23 are provided at both the sides of the pair 21 of antiparallel diodes for adjusting the electric length of the tip opening stub 24, thus cancelling the junction capacity of the diode composing the pair 21 of antiparallel diodes, and hence improving frequency conversion and output characteristics in the even harmonic mixer.
