PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator unit, which is capable of preventing an armature from rotating in a plane vertical with respect to the direction of its drive shaft for preventing deviation from its positional relation with a core. SOLUTION: An armature 24 is fixed to an armature shaft 23, width dimension across flats 23a of prescribed width are provided to a part of the armature shaft 23 in the axial direction, a dihedral hole 28a of prescribed width is bored in the damper base 28 as a housing member, corresponding to the width across flat 23a, and the width across flats 23a of the armature shaft 23 are inserted and made to slide in the dihedral hole 28a. Thus the armature 24 is prevented from rotating in the plane vertical with respect to the axial direction of the armature shaft 23, to which the armature 24 is fixed, and the armature 24 is prevented from deviating from its normal positional relation with respect to cores 30 and 37, and this electromagnetic actuator unit can be protected against reduction or variation in the electromagnetic force.
