PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device, having the function of changing cook ing conditions without using a heater and a power source for the heater in a microwave oven independently from the magnetron device. SOLUTION: An equalizer 5b is soldered to two sheets of vanes 2b, 2c adjacent to a vane 2a on which an antenna 4 is fixed, and the equalizer 5b is partially cut, corresponding to 30%-70% of the length of the interval between a soldered part 7a and a soldered part 7b at the central part at the vane 2a side to which the antenna 4 is fixed, between two soldered parts 7a, 7b.
